This is the family group sheet, it used to record a family group. The family group sheet includes space to record information on a couple and their children. There are fields to record names, dates, and places of birth, marriage, and death for each individual. Many family group sheets also include space to record the name of each child's spouse, as well as a section for comments or sources.
